•         Booking appointments in advance is recommended to ensure availability of the date & time you prefer.

•          A 10% discount is offered to returning clients who prebook their next appointment upon completion of treatment.

•          We invite you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to decompress before meeting your treatment therapist. Arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time so the next guest will not be delayed.

•          A complimentary skin evaluation is required prior to the purchase of home care products & therapies.

•          An intake form must be completed & updated before each treatment.

•          Please disclose any medical conditions and/or prescribed medications as there may be contraindications to some services.

•          As a courtesy, please contact us if you are running late. If we cannot accommodate you, we will reschedule your appointment for another time.

•          If it is necessary to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so by 5p the evening prior your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged 50% of the service price. No shows will be fully charged. Thank you for respecting our therapist’s time.

•          Peace & quiet are essential elements of a relaxing experience therefore, we ask that you please silence your cell phones & Blackberries.

•          Preconditioning of the skin four to six weeks prior to treatment is mandatory.

•          Please do not use vitamin A or AHA based products five days prior to appointment. 

•          Clients should avoid excessive heat, exercise & sun exposure prior to & post treatments.

•          Reactions are rare but can happen depending on the time of season, new or adjusted medications. A cold compress, topical hydrocortisone cream & Benadryl can help relieve irritation. Please consult your physician.

•          If for some reason you are not satisfied, we will be happy to exchange product within seven days of purchase.

•          At Integrated Aesthetics we pride ourselves in giving every client exceptional service. Therefore, we maintain a no tipping policy.
